Fortunately, not to be a
congressman. I'm going to the 2005 IEEE AP-S International Symposium
and USNC/URSI National Radio Science Meeting. Hopefully I'll be
able to get in on the Smithsonian tour. I don't leave Victoria until

when I'm going to drop the ball due to procrastination, and I hope
this isn't it. At least the majority of it is there, in some form or
another. I may spend my time in Washington camped out in an internet
cafe. Wouldn't that suck.
